Who this is for
This is for coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists who are already working with, or starting to work with, ADHD clients and want support to develop their approach.
It is particularly suited to practitioners who:
• Feel unsure how to structure ADHD coaching sessions
• Want support with complex or stuck client work
• Are building confidence in their role as an ADHD coach
• Want to refine how they work rather than follow a fixed model
• Are growing their practice and want to do this in a clear, ethical way
how mentoring will support you
Mentoring provides a space to bring real client work, questions and challenges, and think them through in a practical and structured way.
You will be supported to:
Understand your ADHD clients more deeply
Structure and manage sessions with greater clarity
Work through stuckness, inconsistency and coaching blocks
Strengthen your ADHD coaching approach
Build confidence in your professional identity
Reflect on ethical practice and boundaries
Develop a way of working that feels clear and consistent
Build a sustainable and successful coaching practice
How the mentoring works
Mentoring sessions focus on your real work.
This might include:
How to pace a session,
Producing clear contracts
How to respond when coaching loses direction
How to support clients with motivation, procrastination, emotional regulation or daily life systems.
It can also include the wider picture, how you position yourself as an ADHD coach, communicate your value, and build a practice that works for you.
This is not only about techniques.
It is about helping you think more clearly, work more confidently, and develop a way of practising that feels grounded and sustainable.
Mentoring supports you in building both competence and confidence, so you can work with ADHD clients in a way that is thoughtful, effective and aligned with your values.
