UKATA National Conference, April 2026 The Invisible Wound, the hurt that neurodivergent relationships carry

What if the hurt in a relationship is neurological rather than personal?

In this experiential workshop at the UK's national TA conference, Nea explored how neurodiversity, diagnosed and undiagnosed, can create invisible pain in families, friendships, and workplaces.

Grounded in Transactional Analysis, the session invited participants to identify neurodivergent traits, reframe past wounds, and bring genuine compassion to the misunderstandings that have quietly shaped their closest relationships.
