Cumbria Conference, February 2026 Learning to love our neurodivergent self

A gentle, healing workshop on developing compassion toward the neurodivergent self.

Nea guided participants through understanding their own patterns as neurodivergent individuals, and building a kinder, more honest relationship with their inner critical voice.

Grounded in self-understanding rather than self-improvement, this session created genuine shifts in how participants relate to themselves day to day, softening the internal critic and opening something closer to ease, acceptance, and self-trust.
