Nea Clark - Entering into the neurodivergent solar system of ADHD

In this workshop, Nea Clark shares practical insights from her work as a psychotherapist and ADHD coach, exploring how ADHD can show up in adults and how professionals can better recognise and support it in practice.

Drawing on research, clinical experience and real client examples, Nea explains the different ways ADHD may present, including inattentive and hyperactive patterns, the role of attention, memory and sensory processing, and why ADHD is often misunderstood or mistaken for other conditions such as anxiety or depression.

The session also looks at how therapists and coaches can begin to recognise possible ADHD in the therapy room, how to approach conversations with clients, and how psychological support can be combined with practical strategies to help people manage their attention, energy and environment more effectively.
