A structured, practical group coaching programme designed to help you understand how your ADHD brain works, and build strategies that actually fit your life.
Across 10 sessions, you will map your ADHD profile, learn how to manage overwhelm, reduce procrastination, and create systems for time, tasks, and routines. Alongside the practical tools, we also address the emotional side of ADHD, including shame, masking, and self-criticism.
This is not generic advice. It is a step-by-step programme that gives you clarity, structure, and a way forward that works with your brain.
