Humber Conference, Yorkshire and Humber, March 2026

Nea delivered two workshops at the Humber Conference.

Workshop one supported neurodivergent practitioners in developing professional worth and managing themselves within their own practice, exploring the specific challenges of being neurodivergent in a professional setting and how to navigate these with confidence.

Workshop two took a highly practical lens on supporting ADHD clients with organisational difficulties, covering internal organisation (sequencing, prioritising, decision-making) through to external organisation, including environment design, filing systems, time management, and everyday routines.
